The Baltic Development Forum Summit will be held in the premises of the Lithuanian Exhibition and Convention Centre LITEXPO, having a good record of hosting large international conferences and meetings.

The Summit venue gives excellent opportunities for developing a dynamic and creative atmosphere for cross-border, cross-sector and cross-level encounters, discussions and networking.

Each year LITEXPO organizes more than 20 international exhibitions, several exhibitions for foreign participants and expositions of Lithuanian companies at exhibitions abroad, about 500 conferences, seminars and other events.

LITEXPO complex consists of 5 exhibition halls, total exhibiting area of which amounts to 17.6 thous. sq. m, and external grounds that cover 15.1 thous. sq. m. All in all, total exhibiting area reaches 32.7 thous. sq. m.

The prebooked hotel rooms that we previously had available for the BDF Summit participants via the registration site have all been sold out. These were the five hotels Holiday Inn, Novotel, Radisson SAS Astorija, Hotel Amberton and Ratonda Centrum Hotel.

Thus, as from 25 May 2010 we regret to say that we can not assist in finding your accomodation in Vilnius for the Summit. Instead we advice you to use a hotel booking website or contact the hotels directly.

Martono Taxi 
This is the only one taxi company in Vilnius, that you can pay for services by credit card, but you have to inform them in advance because not all the cars have this service. The price for a taxi from Vilnius airport to the centre of Vilnius is around € 15.

In general the taxies, that provide credit card services are charging 4 times more then a regular taxi, so it is a good idea to have cash when using taxi.
