The 2007 State of the Region Report was presented at the annual meeting of the Baltic Chamber of Commerce in Malmö 13 December by Baltic Development Forum.

Director Hans Brask gave a presentation of the political and economic situation in the Baltic Sea Region, including the conclusions from the 2007 State of the Region Report. Hans Brask invited the BCAA - a close partner - to take active part in developing new regional strategies, not least in onjunction with the EU-strategy for the Baltic Sea Regionna dthe reform process of the CBSS. Hans Brask underlined the need to work togehter with the BCCA in order to have a clearer and more co-ordinated voice of business when setting the priorities for the Region. |
