Shipping has contributed to the Baltic Sea Region’s prosperity since the Vikings. Today the region is home to some of the world’s leading shipping companies and maritime equipment manufacturers. Growth potential exists in other parts of the blue sector as well, from coastal tourism to off-shore energy.
This conference marks the start of the elaboration of a dedicated EU Master Plan for Blue Growth in the Baltic Sea Region. Presented by speakers from the industry and authorities of the Region, the main themes addressed throughout the conference are green innovation, financing, skills and talent attraction.
The conference is held during the Danish Maritime Days and offers great opportunity to network with peers from the maritime sector and the affiliated industries. The conference includes free entrance to the Danish Maritime Fair exhibiting the newest maritime technology and services.
